Founded in 2007, The Actors Training Center (ATC) is an award-winning nonprofit performing arts studio dedicated to helping actors of all ages succeed in the competitive worlds of theatre, film, and television. 

ATC fills a vital gap in Chicago’s performing arts ecosystem by preparing young actors and families to navigate the professional demands of the industry. We provide students with valuable opportunities to advance their artistic careers and a safe and supportive space to nurture their craft. Check out our Wall of Fame.

We are deeply committed to keeping programming accessible. In 2023, we launched our tuition-free training program Summer in the City. We also proudly offer Scholarships through the support of our generous donors and funders.
